NOMA

On September 27th, we had the most amazing gastronomic experience of our lives: we had lunch at NOMA! I really do not know what to say that would add any relevant insight to everything wonderful what has been said about the place. I loved every minute of the time we spent there, and although I was prepared to be wowed at every single new dish presented to us, I had no idea of the warm, homey ambiance we were so open-heartedly welcomed into. I was so into the whole experience that I simply didn´t want to spoil the moment trying to get the right picture fiddling with camera, focus an so on, so I just let that go...The only "good" pics I got- from the amazing total of maybe 6 or 7 tries, lol- were these two from dessert... We got the menu as a keepsake and I will never forget this day. It was perfection!

     

Na nossa viagem para Copenhagen conseguimos uma reserva no NOMA. Foi a mais fantástica experiência gastronômica da minha vida! Eu não sei o que acrescentar a tudo de maravilhoso que já foi dito do Noma, a não ser o fato do clima super-hiper amistoso do pessoal do restaurante, que nos acolheu como se eles estivessem nos recebendo em suas casas. As horas que passamos no restaurante foram tão maravilhosas que logo no primeiro prato decidi deixar as fotos para lá e curtir o momento 100%!! Bom, tentei umas seis fotos, e as duas únicas aceitáveis são as de sobremesa abaixo. Como lembrança, o menu do dia que foi perfeito!
