BRIGADEIRO de COLHER

Não tem coisa melhor nesse tempinho frio e chuvoso do que ficar enrolado no sofá comendo pipoca ou brigadeiro, não é? De colher, então, melhor ainda! Todo mundo sabe fazer brigadeiro, esse post é só uma homenagem ao doce da infância de todo brasileiro! Coloquei o Leite Moça porque eu sou purista quanto à comida e acho que é o melhor leite condensado. O mesmo vale para o chocolate em pó Nestlé!

We´ve been enjoying rainy, cold weather down here. Well, it´s cold at least for us, and it's just perfect for comfort food. And brigadeiro is the ultimate Brazilian comfort food, or comfort sweet, if there is such a thing. It´s the chocolately gooey candy that everybody had at their birthday party. I could have rolled the batter into small balls and then covered them with chocolate sprinkles, but why bother? Brigadeiro is just as delicious still warm and eaten out of the bowl with a spoon...
