So it´s Friday again, the "I made it!" day, and I´m posting yet another food, not clothes... Anyway, the Martha Stewart Apple Pie I made yesterday was perfect, surprise,surprise! I love using a deep ceramic dish by Emile Henry and I love its shape and color. You can imagine this pie sitting on the windowsill to cool...The tricky pâte brisé came out perfectly flaky this time as you can see in the pictures. The apple filling is flavored with lemon juice, cinammon, ground cloves and nutmeg. The smell in the house while the pie bakes is wonderful! I love making a star-shaped hole in the dough, I think it looks cute!
