BOLO de CENOURA

Yes, this is a carrot cake, a simple and humble carrot cake. Everybody has a carrot cake recipe and they are all tasty, and I think that´s one of the reasons I like this cake so much. I have no idea why, but our Brazilian version has a chocolate glaze instead of the traditional cream cheese frostin, and I gotta tell you, it is delicious! Oh, and I have to mention that this is the only recipe I know by heart, :)))))

Diz a lenda que bolo de cenoura sem cobertura de chocolate não é bolo de cenoura, e eu concordo, rsrsrsrsrsrs. Bolo de cenoura todo mundo conhece e todo mundo tem uma receita, e são todas deliciosas, e é super comum, mas decidi fazer uma singela homenagenzinha ao bolinho das multidões! E não posso deixar de mencionar que é a única receita que sei de cor, kkkkkkkk!!
