JARDINEIRA JEANS

I have always loved denin dungarees: I think they are cute and comfortable, and I am sure happy they´ve made a comeback. Intead of wearing them  with the proverbial t-shirt, I paired them with a very delicate blouse that I sewed (seen here before), flats and faux leather bag.  

Então, né? Acho jardineira jeans uma coisa muito fofa! Acho também que dá para montar um lookzinho menos adolescente com uma bolsa séria, sapatilhas e uma blusinha super delicada que é a peça "eu-que-fiz" desa produção (blusinha de gazar vista aqui).

The last of the "customized knits": a pink cotton sweater with a painted heart. I made a stylized pixel heart stencil and painted it with a sponge. A fun project with a fun result! The sweater and the bag are from Zara, the shoes are from Maria Bonita Extra and the old printed pants that I absolutely love, from J.Crew.

Mais um suéter da pilha dos "eu-que-customizei": um coração de pixels estilizado pintado "à esponja", rsrsrs. Super simples e com resultado divertido. O tricô e a bolsa são da Zara, os sapatos da Maria Bonita Extra e a calça antiga estampada que eu simplesmente amo, da J.Crew.

mais um TRICÔ CUSTOMIZADO

It doesn't really matter how much I love sewing, sometimes I just don't have time for it. Actually, it´s been quite some time since I have sewn something :(((( . Still, I love many crafts, and when I don't have time for big projects, I tackle simple and quick ones, like customizing with embroidery. Then again, this project here isn't really new - I have posted it here before, but now you have a styling idea!
This is for a chilly afternoon with the girls, because it is a comfy fun look with hells, so not practical at all, lol!  

Um look super quentinho e nada prático: jeans, tricô, jaqueta, lenção de lã e salto alto, rsrsrs. Eu já postei esse tricô customizado aqui, mas hoje ele vem com look, continuando minhas postagens recentes, bom, porque eu gosto, porque fui euzinha que fiz e porque também, francamente, tempo para costurar que é bom, nenhunzinho :( Deem uma olhada e me digam o que acharam!   

I could also name this post the "Zara post", apparently ;) And no, I get no freebies from Zara, I just love it very, very much!
Everything is from Zara but the bag (Portsaid) and the bracelet (Swarovski).  

Eu não ganho nada da Zara, viram? É só porque eu amoamoamo a marca de paixão, hehehe : tudo nessas fotos é da Zara menos a bolsa - da Portsaid- e a pulseira -da Swarovski.

TRICÔ LISTRADO

Here I am dreaming of cold places and looking forward to next holidays...So I put together an outfit that would work for a flight: mega comfy leggings and sweater and a warm wool parka. 
I knitted the sweater with a pure cotton yarn and I love the bit of color at the bottom of the piece with a pop of fuchsia! I also like the dark look of the outfit and the hint of color that will only come to life when taking the coat of.      

Friozinho lá fora, e eu aqui sonhado com as próximas férias! E já que é sonho, eu quero mais é um lugar FRIO, rsrsrsrs. Aí imaginei esse look para a viagem em si: leggings super confortáveis e um pull de listras. A parka quentinha é para o destino, hehehe!
Eu que tricotei o pull com a linha Bella da Pingouin. Adoro a cor só na parte de baixo, e acho super legal a listra pink! Acho bem bacana também que todo o look é escuro, e só d´para ver a cor quando se tira- ou abre- o casaco!

D.I.Y- PULL de POÁS

I painted this cotton pull (seen here) with little golden polka dots. It is a very easy and cute project that adds fun to a basic piece. I love polka dots, so I kind of repeated the pattern in the flats and kept all the colors in the same beige and golden tones. The pop of color is the bag, and oh boy, is that a pop: fuchsia! 

Eu customizei esse pullzinho de algodão super macio e leve com poazinhos dourados. Foi um projetinho que mostrei um pouco aqui, mas hoje ele vem com o look! 

Combinei tudo em tons beges e dourados, e o brilho e o motivo de bolinhas se repetem na calça e na sapatilha. E nas pulseiras!!!! O único ponto de cor ficou na bolsa, que é magenta!   

I customized the Zara pull, I made the silk pants, Zara flats, Brookspield Donna bag and Swarovski bracelets.

Pull eu que pintei da Zara, calça de shantung de seda eu que fiz, sapatilhas da Zara, bolsa da Brooksfield Donna e pulseiras da Swarovski.

HEART PULLOVER

I knitted this fluffy white pullover some time ago and only recently have I had the chance to wear it. The material is a hairy yarn with some golden specks on it and it is unbelievably soft! I incorporated a very thin lame thread to make the heart (you can see the back of the work below). And I know that in the pictures everything looks yellowish, but the pull is WHITE.

Essa blusa de tricô eu fiz há um tempinho e estava esperando um "friozinho" para usar. O fio é peludinho, fofíssimo e tem uns douradinhos e prateadinhos aqui e ali. O coração eu tricotei acrescentando um fio de lamê super fino - dá para ver a parte de trás do trabalho na última foto. E nas fotos a blusa parece meio amarela, mas é branquíssima. 

Balance is the key for everything: with a bulky top, a skinny botton. I wear my big pullover with skinny black jeans and black boots.  

Já que a blusa é grossa, o legal é equilibrar com peças sequinhas, como uma skinny preta e botas pesadinhas.

BRANCO & AZUL

 I fell in love with this Richards skirt the moment I saw it, and finally snatched it during the sales! I love it! 

Eu caí de amores por essa saia da Richards assim que a vi, e tive sorte de conseguir a minha na liquidação! A-M-E-I !!

I wore it with DIY my Burda vintage inspired silk gazar blouse with vintage cotton lace ( seen here and here), Zara flats and purse, and an armfull of Swarovski bracelets.    

Combinei com minha blusa de gazar de seda com rendinha de algodão antiga que eu fiz ( vista aqui e aqui), sapatilha e bolsa-carteira da Zara e muitos braceletes da Swarovski!

MOLETOM com BRILHO!

 

Ok, ok, if it shines and sparkles, I love it! So I got this sweatshirt for almost nothing and I really liked the neutral color of it, and then I thought, well, why not make it fun? So I hand-embroidered glass golden bead stars on one side down from the shoulder, on the sleeve and on the back. Loooove my sweatshirt now!!!  

Brilhou, eu amo! Eu comprei esse moletom super hiper barato porque gostei da cor neutrérrima, mas aí pensei, por que não incrementar??? Aí eu bordei essas estrelas com vidrilhos dourados descendo do ombro, numa manga e um pouquinho nas costas. Amei! 

I also love jeans ( you don´t say!) and love pairing simpler and plainer things with something special and unexpected, in this case the clutch and heels and the amazing faux-leather biker that has this flower print that almost looks 3D!

Como amo jeans e amo misturar coisas inesperadas, vesti com salto, uma clutch bordada e essa jaqueta linda!
